Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette review

For the past few weeks I couldn't get enough of the new Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette. I decided to buy it after so many people had hyped up about it, although I did wait until the hype died down a bit, but in the end I'm so glad I bought it after all and I'll tell you why. I do have a few neutral palettes, two from MUA and one from Too Faced, however I didn't have a compact neutral palette that would be great for using on the go and then I saw this and I had to buy it. There are six shades in this palette and you can easily make many day to night looks using these colours. People also say that it's sort of a dupe for the Naked Basic palette, or the second one, I'm not sure, however it's good to think that other people have compared it to those palettes as it means the quality is pretty good for a drugstore palette. I agree that the quality is pretty good as the colours have fab pay off,  they apply nice and smoothly and they last a decent amount of time for a very cheap palette, however I would use an eye primer before applying the shades if you know that you will be wearing it all day, just to make the colour last longer.

I decided to take three close up shots of the shadows, so you will see the same ones more than once, but at least you can see what the colours look like properly then. Here are the shades:

L-R: White Chocolate- a great white highlighter shade, Buttercream- a cream highlighter shade, Biscuit- more of a slightly golden shimmery shade.

L-R: Biscuit again, Chocolate Milk- a lovely and very wearable shimmery light but slightly cool toned brown, Brown Sugar- a darker brown with a hint of taupe thrown into it

L-R: Chocolate Milk, Brown Sugar and the last shade in the palette Espresso- a rich cool toned dark brown which would look really nice used as a crease colour or perhaps used as a liner.

If I had to pick my favourite shades so far it would be Chocolate Milk and Brown Sugar without a doubt, so far anyway because I've worn them so much recently as they are both very versatile shades to wear.

I really hope you enjoyed reading this review. Have you tried the Collection Eyes Uncovered Palette? What do you think of it, I'd love to know. Also what other neutral palettes have you been loving recently?

Thanks so much for reading xxx
