Bag Collection- Large Bags

Today I decided to continue my bag collection and talk about my larger bags which I use more on a daily basis. This first one here is a monochrome and gold bag with a chain strap which I got from New Look about a year and a half ago I think. When I saw it I thought it looked like a high street version of a Chanel monochrome bag so I picked it up. I remember I got it in the sale and it was reduced from £17 to £7, so it was great value for money. As this bag looks quite sophisticated I think you could dress it up or down as it would look great also worn to a formal evening event, but for me I tend to use it mostly during the day time.

I got this second bag as a Christmas present last year and it's just gorgeous. Sometime last year we went to London and I saw this in Russell and Bromley while my mum was looking for shoes. At the time I was looking for a plain black bag that could look good worn any time throughout the day and because this has a patent finish to it, it adds a glossy touch to it which makes it perfect as an evening and a day bag. It was quite pricey, I can't remember exactly how much it was, but I waited until Christmas to use it and I love it and it gets used loads.

Next we have a bowler bag that I bought from Debenhams two years ago now. It was from Mischa Barton's collection and as you can see it's well loved from the slight discolouration going on. Even though bowler bags are meant for carrying in your hand and arm, I carry this one on my shoulders a lot as it's big enough for your whole arm to fit through. Quality wise it's ok and it's lasted quite well considering it was only 30 something pounds, but I have a feeling I may have to replace it soon as the material is starting to flake off. It's had a good run though so I'm not complaining.

This is my most recent bag that I have and it's from Peacocks. I have actually already done a post about this bag before which you can find here talking about the fact that this bag reminds me of a particular designer bag that you see that has this exact same colour but this ones only £12. I don't think it's around any more, unless it's in a sale, but Peacocks have some other really lovely bags out at the moment. I've even spotted another one I liked, so fingers crossed that one hasn't gone yet.

This last bag is the oldest one I have and this was given to me as a gift probably about six years or so ago now, which tbh you could probably tell as the style of it is very noughties. It's a simple over the shouldder black bag with some metal studs on it. I've forgotten what make it is but I haven't seen the brand around since so I don't think it's around any more. The quality is amazing as it's still going strong to this day and it's still looking good, but I prefer to wear it on the side without the studs because then it's more versatile to wear.

I really hope you enjoyed the last part of my bag collection. I'll link the first one here in case you missed it.

Thanks for reading
See you soon xxx
