I was on the look out for a cheap eyeshadow primer for a while, then luckily I found one from e.l.f cosmetics. The e.l.f Eyelid Primer is such a great eye primer as it really does keep your eyeshadow on for for a long time without any creasing or transfer of eye makeup. The product packaging is designed like a liquid concealer and the primer is applied the same way as it has one of those pointy applicators which makes it really quick and easy to apply. It also dries so quickly too, you only have to leave it for a minute, then you can apply your eye shadow. This is in the shade Sheer which is the neutral colour out of the range and I think it's the best one to get as it's the most versatile colour out of the lot as it can be used under any eyeshadow. Also I need to mention how incredibly affordable it is. It's £1.50!! £1.50, I actually couldn't believe it, especially as products that are usually that cheap do not perform well, but this product performs exceptionally well.
