I don't always buy into the whole YouTuber/blogger products industry however if I feel that a certain product does genuinely match up to what the person is passionate about then I do sometimes buy into what they are trying to promote. In this case I bought two of the new Tanya Burr Cosmetics Lipsticks from Tanya Burr's makeup line. In the past I have bought a few of her lip glosses and I was really impressed by them, so I thought that I would give these a go too.

The two shades I got were Pink Cocoa and Big Kiss. Pink Cocoa is a really pretty and interesting pinky browny nude which is a similar colour to her liquid lip product in the shade Martha Moo. Big Kiss is a lovely slightly cool toned dark red which is perfect for Autumn and Winter time. The formula of these is like a traditional lipstick, so it's not matte nor glossy as it's somewhere in the middle, but I'm glad to say that it sits and stays on the lips really well. Longevity wise it lasts for about 4 hours on me and then the colour does start to disappear and of course if you are eating something like a big meal then most of it will come off as it's not a matte lipstick.

Packaging wise it's absolutely gorgeous! The lipstick is surrounded by gold casing which makes it look very high end even though it's a £6.99 lipstick, so that's great. The pigmentation is brilliant, one swatch and you can see the colour instantly on your hand and so then when you apply it to your lips it doesn't take long to build up the colour to how it should be.

I really hope you liked this review of the Tanya Burr Cosmetics lipsticks. Let me know what you think of them if you have any of them and if not which one do you have your eye on?

Liquid lipsticks have been around for a while now however I've only recently been giving them a good go and I think I've found the ones I like and the ones I'm not that keen on. The most recent brand I've tried is Jouer which if you're in the UK they sell it on Cult Beauty.com, so I ordered them from there (also delivery was pretty quick which is good). I ordered two from the Long-Wear Lip Creme range which provides a range of shades from nude/ daytime pink shades to bold bright pinks and reds. I bought the shade Melon which is a pink nude shade and Framboise which is a warm bright pink shade and I'm really happy with both of them.

Melon is the perfect everyday and night nude that will suit lots of people and any occasion you can think of. As it's a liquid lipstick both shades last pretty well if you drink or eat something, obviously there would be more chance of needing a top up if you eat whilst wearing these, but they still do a good job at staying around for a while and because Melon's a nude colour you don't notice it disappear as much as you would with the brighter colours. Without eating and drinking these will pretty much last all day, so you could wear it for about 5 or 6 hours whatever and it will still be there until you're suddenly hungry haha.

Framboise is a warm hot pink that would look great with a more natural eye look as it stands out so much. The great thing about these is that you can make them as intense as you want by just simply adding more coats of it before it finally dries down to a completely matte finish.

Overall I'm really pleased I bought these liquid lipsticks as they provide great colour payoff, last a long time and they are packaged in a sophisticated, sleek and a compact way that they will fit in any handbag and makeup bags you put them in. They are £14.00 if you want to buy one and I really think you should as  you have a great shade range to choose from and they perform very well.

I hope you liked this review. Have you tried the Jouer liquid lipsticks yet? If you have what do you think of them, I'd love to know.
